Installed via CPanel, can access management but not workspace what am I missing was created by dakkers

Hi, installed Xerte via cPanel, checked with hosting that PHP 7.3 installed, installation apparently OK, can access management site and set up a user, but cannot get into workspace site. When enter username and passwork, fields simply go blank again. I bet I am missing something simple, have been through pages of documentation but they all start with entering the workspace!
Help very much appreciated.

If you are able to setup a user, please double check the username and password.

Fields going blank normally indicate incorrect user credentials.

Also note that you can NOT login using the admin credentials in to the normal workspace.
