Xerte's new version was created by instildistance
Dear Xerte support team,

Not sure if this is the right area for this sort of query, am I correct in thinking that the new Xerte's version that will include the WYSIWYG editor will happen sometime at the end of May? If not, when are we expecting it to be made available?
Also, how will you make it available, as a simple download from your website perhaps? or is it more complicated than that therefore my institution's IT department ought to get in touch with yourselves?

Many thanks
Joe

Hi
The aim is for the next release is by end of May but we can't really be definite about that yet as there is still lots of development and testing to complete. However if you have an existing install or establish one now using 2.1 it will be possible to upgrade without any problems so you certainly shouldn't wait if that's the reason you are asking. The download will of course be available here on the community site as well as via github.
