Xerte Mobile

Dear Xerte Team

I came across a video demonstrating a new app, called Xerte Mobile, that would enable users to access and create resources independently of Xerte Toolkits.
I'm not sure how old the video. I've searched but I can't seem to find it anywhere, not even in this community site.

Is the application still in the process of being developed?

That's an old video and old tool. At one point that tool was referred to as Xerte 3 but was for developers only and completely separate to the old desktop Xerte and the online Xerte Online Toolkits. There are probably still downloads available somewhere but it's no longer supported and not really relevant.
