Edit "Other resources" Pod on lower right was created by cparment

The installation instructions said the Other resources links could be changed at a later time. I cannot find the file page3.php writes to anywhere. I have looked in the database - server files. Where is the file that has this html? I would just like to simply edit the links

You can edit those in manegement.php

Site->Site settings->The news text

It is stored in the sitedetails table (but probably encoded)
