Problem unzipping folders when importing was created by a.pearson@salford.ac.uk

I am trying to import a zip file into Xerte that has various folders within it. I am getting a message saying that it is trying to unzip the folder but nothing more happens. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem when exporting a LO from Xerte Desktop and trying to import it into XOT.

I've opened a Bug Post on the Forum for it recently. But as a new user I think there may be a way to do it that we're missing.

Could any of the Moderators help clarify if this is a known Bug or just user error?
