Hi,
I'm new to this forum, so please scream if this is the wrong place for my question.
I took my first steps in Xerte and stumbled upon the impossibility to add multiple interactivities to a page in a way that makes them display at once and not sequentially. See the attached screenshot for an example of what I'm trying to achieve:
A text with a bunch of true/false questions that the user can answer in one go.
Question: Is there a way to achieve this in Xerte?

I'm not sure there is a way to do this with the default page types. I was looking for a way to have multiple true/false questions on a single page some time back, but drew a blank.

So I ended up just creating the interaction myself.

I've quickly adapted my true/false page to match your layout (not perfect, but it gives you an idea of what is possible): xerte.cardiff.ac.uk/play_15350

Edit: Just to add, the "standard" way of doing what you need would be something like this: xerte.cardiff.ac.uk/play_5732#page1 - you don't get to have all of the questions on the page at once, but it sort of allows for the same interaction without having to go to the effort of building something from scratch. This is the default "Quiz" page.

Hi Neil,
Thank you very much for your answer!
Your sample page is on the one hand showing what I've asked for. Except that I am interested in generally putting any kind of interactivity on one page, not only true-false, but also a multitude of the same arbitrary interactivity or even mixtures of different interactivities.
Would you mind pointing me in the right direction to create something like you did myself? Or how to adapt your solution?

I share the same interest in having more flexibility when it comes to adding multiple interactions to a page. The ideal situation for me would not be a system of "page types" but "interaction blocks" that could be added to a page. I suspect this would be a huge development task.

You can download my test project here: ilrb.cf.ac.uk/zipped/Multiple_interaction_TEST_deployment.zip

Just import the .zip into Xerte via Workspace > i > import

Thank you for the zip-file!

@interaction blocks: You gave it a name.

Hi Neil,
I imported your zip and it worked fine. Do you happen to know if there is some sort of tutorial for building a custom interactivity from scratch like you did? (I knew about the quiz interactivity already. That's the kind of sequential thing I don't want.)
I suppose it's not possible to make a custom build interactivity available amongst the other interactivities, so that it can be selected/used like a regular interactivity?
