Oh I see!

I'm using TalentLMS

Attached is an image of the option provided for this.
I have tried SCORM export and import, this works but isn't being tracked (I've contacted TalentLMS about this as I haven't been able to find the reason for this)

Xerte cannot create a xAPI zip package. Only SCORM packages.

As far as I can tell from the website, TalentLMS does not support LTI. So SCORM seems to be the best choice.
