Hi Xerte Developers,
I hope you are well. Referring to a previous query, my colleague has provided an external partner company with a Xerte which is sitting on the companies SAP SuccessFactors system. I have received the following query from my colleague. Please can you let me know if you have an answer:

"Do Xerte-generated zip files are compatible with the SuccessFactors SAP platform and what should be done if there is a problem. I might have asked you this question before, but the issue is that our partner cannot see a PDF file which is part of our learning packages produced using Xerte. They are able to see images only."

So, from the query above, it seems that Xerte is working on the SAP SuccessFactors platform, because the users can see the images. But the PDF document file cannot be seen.

do you mean that everything is now working with the Xerte e.g. showing pages and interactions correctly but just not showing the pdf file?
How is the pdf file added to the Xerte is it embedded?
What browser are they using?
Does the pdf have spaces in the filename?
Can you try using a link to the pdf file rather than embedded?
Xerte projects should work with any learning platform but I don't think you're going to get an answer from any of us in the development team specifically about SAP SuccessFactors platform because it's not a platform we use or have access to.
