Log in error - uppercase issues

Hi

We've come across an issue whereby if someone logs into our version of Xerte using uppercase letters they have problems. When Xerte creates a new project folder it has the capitalised username in the folder name. However, when it comes to playing/previewing/editing it goes back to using lowercase for the folder name and therefore cannot find any project files. User accounts are created using LDAP.

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix for it?

yes this is a known issue and this is fixed in out latest developer code but I'm not sure if that's part of the public downloads yet.
In the meantime all your users should login with the same username format they have always used.

I think it will be easy if your convert user input into lowercase by default!
