does anyone knows if it is possible that the auto link function to the glossary is also working for text in a transcript field?

Glossary words will be highlighted in the text on the Transcript Reader page (see screenshot). Or do you mean on a different page?

Yes, I thought so. It is not working in my installation in the Media lesson transcript field. As far as I can see...
