Can you please elaborate on that?
- Do you get a zip file, or none at all
- If you do, what would you have expected, that it apparently doesn't provide?

Hi Patricia,

You need to unzip the files into a folder to be able to run the package locally and it may still not play properly in all browsers like this.

Where are you intending to use the files?

John

Thanks JOhn - that worked really well - I had just forgotten to extract the files from the zip.

I presume I now need to do the same but on the mobile device to see if the HTLM5 format works as well.
