Is the project online somewhere we can see it?

In my test here it works fine:
www.nottingham.ac.uk/toolkits/play_11224

I'm afraid I don't kow what might be causing the issue. Are the two peices on the same domain? Could you just edit the video and avoid using the start / end points altgether?

I would highly recommend moving over to theHTML5 delivery if you can, we aren't really supporting the Flash stuff anymore.

Hey, yeah:

Here you can see the version in the iframe:
wso.at/index.php/dvd-demo-test
(just click through to the videos)

This is the online version without iframe (fullscreen)
www.wso.at/dvd/Start.html

Since we already finished our DVDs (several hundred videos in lots of xerte projects) I am afraid I can't change it to HTML5 now. We have to change that next year with the next version. Seems like we also should cut the videos more often before we use it... Anyway, maybe you have an idea! Thank you very much!! Greets!

so when you try the links:

iframe-version:
the first time you click on videos, which have starting/ending points set, you see the video starting from the beginning (which some of them shouldn't). On the second or third try its possible that the starting/ending points are then supported.

the fullscreen-version:
should work without problems, from the first try on.
