One quick way to test deployment exports to eliminate the problem being with the export is to put and extract that export on a local web server like xampp.
e.g. I have xampp running and a folder named export_tests so I can just put an exported project in there (and obviously extract it) and quickly test if it works ok on it's own outside of the functionality of another system. Obviously this is because just viewing the index file via the file system will not work unless you use 'offline export' and then you're not really testing deployment export.

But anyway I downloaded your zip and tested it and it works fine! That means you can remove the zip too because Tom wanted to see the screenshot and error rather than the export.

So this means that the problem lies with how you are sharing this via Blackboard. There are certainly others in the community who like you, and when needed, have been using deployment exports with Blackboard for a long time, and I'm pretty sure at least some of those have also moved to Ultra and are still successfully using deployment exports with Ultra. But I can't remember if anything had to be changed in Ultra to get that working or indeed if something has changed to stop it working. Hopefully others will reply.

Hi, I have just tested your zip package in a Blackboard Ultra sandbox module and hadn't encountered an issue. See screenshot attached.

Thanks Ron, I agree that it's likely to be a Blackboard 'issue/feature' rather than Xerte. It doesn't stop us using Xerte with Learn Ultra but it would be good to know why it's not working and if there is a different workflow for Get Deployment to work with Learn Ultra. Thanks

Thanks for doing that. Was that following the same steps as I had listed?:
Steps Taken
1. Export XOT project as Get Deployment Zip
2. Within Learn Ultra, go to Tools - content collection and navigate to course
3. Click on 'Create Folder,' give it a name e.g. 'project 1', then click Submit
4. Click on the newly created folder then select Upload - Upload Zip Package
5. Click on 'Browse Local Files,' to locate the Get Deployment Zip file downloaded in step 1.
6. Select Submit.
7. Next, close the Content Collection and go to your Learn Ultra course
8. Click on the 'x' icon and select 'Content Collection' then 'Browse content Collection'
9. Navigate to the folder created in step 3
10. Place a tick next to 'index.htm' and click Submit, then Save

The screenshot shows part of the javascript of the Xerte page, however it is wrapped in a function. The function seems to be trying to replace the 'bno-js; by 'js'. Does that ring a bell? With some of your IT staff? This code should have been executed instead just shown in the browser!
