Hello. I'm having a problem with the flash card activity whine using the Slide Media optional extra. I've added an image to the front of the card and selected card size width = "Medium", and Height = "Fit to Content/Match Tallest Card". However, with each setting the image displays with a scroll bar on the flash card (See image). When I refresh the page in Chrome and Edge browsers, it temporarily fixes the issue and the whole image is displayed correctly but when I open the resource again the scroll bar returns.

Any ideas why this is happening? How can I get the flash card to display the full image every time?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi
I just quickly tested this with the same settings. The default option for Card Size > Width is medium and Height is fill space and if I changed height to match tallest card I saw what you describe.
However I noticed if I changed the height option to large or small and played the project and then changed it back to medium then the issue seemed to be resolved.
Can you try that and report back?
It might be that the default values aren't being picked up correctly until changed which obviously isn't correct but see if this works the same for you?

Hi Ron.
Thanks you for getting back to me so quickly. I tried changing the width option to small/large (I assume you meant width in your response since these aren't options for height?) but unfortunately I'm getting the same issue. I have noticed that when I refresh the page it solves the issue but if I close and re-open the project the issue comes back.

Many thanks.

Are you using the Cardiff installation? What theme?
I just tested there and I did see it but I'm wondering if it's either caching or theme based because now I can't reproduce it. e.g. it could be that different css in different themes is having an impact.
Do you want to share your project or a copy with my account and let me know when done and I'll have a look.

Hi Ron,

That would be incredible helpful, thank you. I just shared a copy of the resource with you - 'Copy Effective Reading Tutorial'.

As you'll see there are some bespoke css and html added to the resource.

I'm off for the next 2 weeks so if you have tie to look at that would great but no need to rush.

Many thanks.
