I will explain what worked:
1) youtube when I clicked the share button, the link did not include the www component, it only has this does NOT work
2) On the embedded option however the whole link works

So in case, someone has the same problem:
Click on the embedded share link from Youtube and copy-paste the section under " "

YouTube embeds won't work with interactive video platforms. While compressing might not reach 2MB, consider downloading YouTube video editor apps or online tools to trim unnecessary parts or reduce resolution for a smaller, usable file. Then upload the edited version for interactive features.
