Hi Xerte Community,
360 degree page type - hotspot icon not displaying correctly for a colleague.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Should I inform the colleague to clear cache and refresh?

Will that rectify the issue?

Hi Anne
you haven't really provided enough info for us to comment. As always a link to the example that isn't working, or at least screenshots would help. It's not really clear what not displaying correctly means but sure it's always worth trying clearing offline files and force refresh but impossible to say whether that is the issue or not without more details.

Hi Ron / Community site,
I attach a screenshot and you can see that the 'Information' i icon is not displaying. My colleague tried using alternative icons but these did not display either.

I will tell my colleague to clear cache and refresh browser and hopefully that will sort out the display. My colleague was using Chrome browser when incurring the issue.

Hi Anne
have you checked the project yourself eg the play view and the edit view? There are options to change the icon and it's properties at both page level and hotspot level and my guess is that something is not quite right in one of those. If it's a caching issue it's not likely to be an issue for your both especially if you have already cleared offline files yourself. I created a quick test on your install which hopefully you can see is working correctly? xerte.northampton.ac.uk/xertetoolkits/play_4874#page1
