Our non-profits training xerte install has suddenly stopped working.

The admin screen says the feature is for administrators only.

I'm on the latest version and the upgrade script seemed to be able to speak to the database. Nothing changed from my perspective. The user panel (see attachment) should have a number of courses but is also blank.

The error means that you're not logged in, but I can see that you were logged in.

So either the session has expired, or there is something wrong with session cookies. Did you change browser cookie settings. Is the antivirus blocking cookies?

Hi Tom,

Really appreciate you coming back to me. I have tried this in a number of different browsers and different devices including private browsing sessions.

Would you have any other thoughts as to what the cause could be?

UPDATE!

So - I think I've cracked this. I'm going to post the answer here even though it makes me look silly! But just in case others have the same issue. I was so busy looking at Xerte I never stopped to actually look at my server. My quota full. Extended the quota and the problem seems to go away.

So if anyone else is getting the errors in the original post do check your quota.
