Hi everyone,

We have recently upgraded to Xerte 3.5, but there was an issue with our LDAP which is in the process of being sorted.

However, as a result of this we are still using local accounts. We've had an issue in previous versions whereby we get a "Session ID Not Set" message when some users login. We are getting it in 3.5 too.

The wourkaround essentially boils down to ensuring pop ups are not being blocked within the browser (Options > Content > etc), removing all cookies (Options > Content > etc), restarting the browser, logging in, logging out, and then back in again... tedious, but seems to work every time I test it...

I'm just wondering whether there is a more permanent solution that I can implement? (Hoping for LDAP resolution sooner rather than later though)

Thanks

Helen
