I've got a problem with a xerte module, used in Moodle 3.1 build with Xerte 3.1.

The module is working fine on pc's but doesn't give an endresult on ipads.
There are SCO deteails and that are showing the pages viewed and correct and incorrect awnsers but I'm missing some fields like:
cmi.completion_status
cmi.score (all)
cmi.success_status
cmi.total_time

I do have these fields in the same module followed through a pc.

Are there people having the same problems and is there a solution?

It would really help to repeat this with the latest version (3.4)

I would like to try it, downloaded 3.4 and searching for the upgrade documentation because of the reactions I saw at version 3.3. Can I find it somewhere because in the installation guide nothing is mentioned about upgrading.

Hi,

The documents folder in the .zip file contains an 'How to upgrade' guide.

Short version:

1. Download full package
2. Save any customizations on th existing installation
3. Make a backup
4. Unzip the new package over the current install (From 3.1 -> to 3.4 you can unzip the 3.4 package over the 3.1 installation)
5. run upgrade.php by visiting <your xerte install/upgrade.php in a browser
