Ah, yes, that explains it...

That functionality didn't go in until just before v2 was released. Your only solution really is to upgrade as there were a lot of changes for v2 release and actually the HTML5 engine and page models were made a LOT more stable...

Hi again,

I've just been informed that we've upgraded to the latest v2, the buttons are still there but theyre greyed out. They're not completely removed like the images you sent me.

What do you have set in the "Navigation" setting of the LO?

What version of IE are you using (which revision too - easier to take a screenshot showing the About box)..

I'm sure it's to do with the navigation menu as you said, when i change it to 'menu', it removes the navigation. However it displays the contents on the front page, which isn't what we want for this particular LO, but i guess there's not a way around that as the menus are fixed?

Thanks again for your help.

Hi,

Yes, there is no option to have no menu and no navigation buttons but I can see that being a possible requirement in some situations where you wish to create your own Navigation menu on the first page and just have the ToC button in the bottom right...

I will add it to the wishlist and perhaps pick it up and implement it when I have spare capacity...

Regards

John
