The buttons don't appear where they should and play fails to run the piece. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Did you move the install? Change the URL? Enabled https where it previously wasn't enabled?

Do get any errors in the console of the browser (activate with F12 on Windows)?

Yes, it seems that the path or urls have changed since installation. In the error message I would have expected the path where the browser has tried to find the file. If it starts with http(s) check site_url in the sitedetails table of the database. If not, check root_path in the same table

Normally you should be able to change those in the management page but I am afraid that page won't work either.

You could also try to remove the database.php file and redo the installation (make sure to make backup first).

Thank you. I have the user files backed up. If I reinstall, what other files must I back up? Should I create a new database?
Thanks again,

You should also backup the database, but I would just try to give it the same name during setup. It should pick it up and continue as before
