How we use xerte editer from outside of wordpress

How we use xerte editer from outside of wordpress admin panel as we want to user xerte editer in a particular file except admin panel.Please help me

I'm not sure I understand (it may be me, I guess that other people would understand right away)...
You have wordpress installed and besides you have Xerte.

Is it XOT or Xerte?
Did you install both wordpress and Xerte on the same computer ?
Is it locally installed or hosted or... ?
Could you please explain (if possible) what you want to achieve, as I do understand the words but I can't figure out the result you want to achieve, in such a circumstance, I may be not a great help
