I am looking for an oversight of Xerte templates that are usable on a smartphone. I know I can use the bootstrap template for it, but it have no interaction at all.
I think all of our students do have a smartphone. Because of that our production team is wondering if all our new online modules have to be compatible with those devices. We don't want to build two versions of the same module...
It can be difficult to predict which Xerte Toolkit pages will work on mobile phones because the interaction might work technically but end up being 'off screen' on smaller devices. A relatively safe way of working would be to build the interactions as stand alone Xerte Toolkit projects and then embed them in a Bootstrap project. That way, even if some interactivities fail for some phones the rest of the content will be optimised for mobile devices.
