Dear Tom,
I am rather new to it. so, in order to upgrade i wil go through like follows. pls correct me if it 's wrong.
1. donwload xertetooolkits_update_3.10.zip
2. copy that file to c:\xampp\htdocs\xertetoolkits (local host) or xertetoolkits folder in host when I put xertetoolkits_3.10.zip and unzip it
3. run xot url/upgrade.php
it it right?
