This page allows you to launch external content in a new window. The demo below explains why this may be necessary, and an added advantage is that the learner can have the Xerte project and the external content visible side by side, for example when using dual monitors.

Core Properties

Page Title	Text that appears in header of published page.	Text
Page Text	Any text or other content that provides content, explanation or instructions.	Text+ (Toolbar)
Link: URL	The URL of the destination webpage.	Text
Link: Text	Text for the clickable link.	Text
Open In	How the destination webpage opens {New Window/Lightbox}.	Drop-down	Choose New Window if you want the external content and the Xerte project to be accessible at the same time.
Preview Image: File	An image which is also a clickable link to the destination webpage.	Link to Media Browser
Preview Image: Description	A description for accessibility.	Text
Window: Width	Width of the new window in pixels.	Number
Window: Height	Height of the new window in pixels.	Number
