Seguridad

Me gustaría incrementar la seguridad de mi instalación, la carpeta setup la he eliminado pero el archivo webctlink.php no he conseguido localizarlo.
¿Seria correcto a todos los PHP que se encuentran en la raíz dejar los permisos como 640 (no lectura por publico)?

I'd like to increase the security of my installation. I've deleted the setup folder, but I haven't been able to locate the webctlink.php file.
Would it be correct to set the permissions to 640 (not public readable) for all PHP files in the root?
