Templates not working after upgrade

We are currently running 3.11, and have tried to upgrade our test environment to 3.12 and 3.13.
However none of the templates work on existing or new Xerte Online Toolkits.
We also had LDAP issues using PHP 8.3 and 8.2, but found 8.1 worked OK with 3.13.

Did you run upgrade.php (<url of xerte install>/upgrade.php).

Hi Tom, I am working with Pete on upgrading Xerte and we get the following errors when running /upgrade.php which we think are related to the problems we are having.

It looks possibly like some type of filesystem permission problem. We are running our Xerte installation in a Windows environment.

Well, those are indeed permission problems, but in this case it should not prevent you from using Xerte. In this case it indicates that upgrade.php is not able to remove unneeded files.

So, what happens if you try to use Xerte. Do you get an error in the browser and/or brwosr console? Do you see errors in the event viewer from iis?

You could set $developer to true in the file config.php on line 43 and try again, and see if you get any error messages that would help us identify the issue.

Are you upgrading from Xerte 3.5 in one step? What version of PHP are you using?
