SCORM problems in exported LO

I've exported a SCORM 1.2 and 2.4 LO from xerte 2.1 and imported it to two SCORM LMS systems, including the one below, but in both most of the 'resources' such as images and page text are missing. Some of the elements are OK such as background image, and the quiz page basically works (but some image elements are missing). Should a 2.1 export work in a standard SCORM LMS? Where do I start troubleshooting this?

Joe Donnelly of Scorm Cloud was very helpful in troubleshooting this. The directories that an exported Xerte LO creates do not seem to be what SCORM Cloud needs. For instance, I had to create a 'media/media' directory (rather than the standard 'media' directory) to make things work. Still the images from the quiz questions are missing, still have to track that down. I'm not sure if the Xerte export zip is not standard or if SCORM Cloud is not standard (they claim to be), but in any case a substantial amount of troubleshooting (google Chrome path error identification) was needed to make this run.

It just seems to work fine here.

Plain 2.1 installation, tested on cloudscorm.


Can you send the scorm package by pm?

This is caused by the customization in your installation.

The export functionality doesn't take into account your customizations.

The media suddenly is expexted in media/media, and some of the images are in customized/media, and that folder isn't exported at all.

I can't help you any further thatn that.
