Polish Language

I shall add Polish lang to official XOT repo on github: github.com/thexerteproject/xerteonlinetoolkits/pull/80

I appreciate your work, but not all language files should be committed. Only the modified language-config.xml, engine...xml and wizrd...xml files.

The rest of the files should be used to build a language pack that you can install through the menagement page.

I'll have a look, and see if I can build a language pack for you.
