license information for used media

Hi all,
What is the best solution within a XOT project to include license information (data such as: license type, creator, rightsholder, origin) about media elements (such as: images, audio or video) that are placed on the pages of your project? Can some of the properties within an XOT project be used for this? How to show that license information to the end-users of a XOT project?

What I always do is add a colofon page at the and with a link to a stand alone page with all the sources.
