same popup for several LO's

In the museum where I volunteer, we have many buildings and each building has its own LO. Some buildings have the same description for a part that we do not want to repeat over and over again, including images (important).
We prefer to have a link in the relevant LOs to one popup with the relevant additional information. The big advantage is that only one place needs to be maintained.
This can be fixed in Xerte, the only question is how do I do that, linking to the same popup or a fixed in screen in the center of my laptop screen.
But, how?

Hi Ronald, what you could do is create a learning object with the general information and then use the embed page to show the whole learning object (or one page) in the different learning objects per building. If you want it to be a popup you can use the optional property stand alone page on this embed page so it will behave as a popup. Is this what you mean?
