how to import my saved LO's

First of all: Many thanks for your previous help. I managed to do the fresh reinstall and to fix some missing files. So please ignore my last inquiry with all the errors that I noted. Xerte is working fine now and I am so pleased! I am so excited about what I will be able to do, using Xerte.
I had saved all of my old LO objects and each is in a separate folder. Can you direct me as to how I can now retrieve them so they are part of the new installation. In the properties section I am expected to upload a single file. Should I pack all of the files that are in saved folder in a Zip file and then upload that zip file?
