Hi,
I've used Xerte to develop a training course for line managers to equip them with the skills to promote mental well-being in their teams, which has been doing pretty well when tested. We're exploring ways to take this forward, one of which is the potential for use as a commercial product, selling the intervention to organisations. I just wanted to double check about the legality and logistics around using Xerte in a commercial product- is it allowed, are there any discussions with Xerte that need to be had, etc.

Hi,

There is no restriction whatsoever from a Xerte perspective, if you distibute the content commercially, eiither as a link to your Xerte installation, a SCORM package, zip pacakge or whatever. Of course you should be carefull of including copyrighted materials in the content, but I think that is not what you meant.
