We are developing XOT on a Windows platform, but my understanding is XOT 2.1 or higher HTML5 version should be usable on an apple platform (Tablet or larger sized) using Opera/Safari without issue. Am I right on that?

Yes Ron,

The LOs should work fine on Opera/Safari...
