Branching

Hi all,

Is it possible, using Xerte, to have a page with a m/c question, that, if the learner gets the question wrong, sends them to a branch of 1 or 2 pages, which then takes them back to the question afterwards?

Would I achieve that (in a linear course) with judicious use of a navigator on the last page of the branch, and locked down next buttons?

Isn't there an MCQ connector?

Yes, but it's missing two things which I need to do:

1) Show feedback at the same time at sending them down a branch
2) Provide a route back to the MC question at the end of the branch

To add to the complexity, the branch is part of a longer set of pages, which need to be able to be moved through separately...

You can link conventionally to any page from the feedback page

Not really, because the landing page might be arrived at from a number of different routes.

I told you it was complicated

Maybe code something up then?
