Resize Panel of flash cards

I have two questions, first one, how to resize the panels of the flash cards? i need to make it bigger, second one, i want to show a emergent window, and the only way i could do it was by using the hotspot connector, but the alignement of the image was set in the left/right, cant i put in the bottom?.
