Formatting MCQ feedback

On the multiple choice question, the feedback text currently comes before the bit that says "Your answer is correct / incorrect". I'd really like to change that round, or at least maybe put the "Your answer is.." bit in red or green or something.

I may be being a bit slow about this, but I can't see any way to access the automatically generated bit of text "Your answer is...", either in the properties or stylesheet. Could anyone help, or suggest a better way of doing it?

When you are in the learning object, on the quiz page for example, you'll see a little checkbox below with the possibility to change the language of that page. When you click on that you can also change the colors of that automatic generated text.
