Custom Canvas output on Opinion page?

Could anybody give me any pointers as to how I would customise the Canvas outut diagram on the opinion page type?

For instance, on the above, rather than the 10-100 scale, to use a disagree - agree type scale. I'd also like to be able to customise the size of the 'Question 1' etc titles.

Any advice would be most welcome.

You really have two options:

Either you would need to make changes (the easier way) to this file ( github.com/thexerteproject/xerteonlineto...s_html5/opinion.html ) and drop it into place inside your install in the correct place, /modules/xerte/parent_templates/Nottingham/models_html5/

Or you would need to add javascript to modify the page type in situ in an unaltered installation - this would be a LOT HARDER but if you are very good with JS then it is definitely possible

Either way though would require quite a bit of rewrite or code addition to do what you wish...

Thanks for the pointers John, I think I'm going to try and make a new page type using the Opinion one as a starter and following your advice - my JavaScript is not up to the other option!
