I am reworking some old Flash LO's in HTML5.
One specific exercise consists of an image viewer in the top half and a model answer + feedback in the bottom half of the screen.
How can I achieve this in HTML5?

You can't combine page types so can't have an image viewer (with all the zoom etc. functionality available on that page) above a model answer activity.

You could include a normal image in a model answer page by adding one to the text field via the wysiwyg editor (click the arrow in the top right of the text field in the editor to open the wysiwyg toolbar)
