Learning Objects don't display

I have discovered that all my learning objects created in my various projects (XOT v2) do not display at all. I'm not sure whether this is an issue that needs to be looked at from within my institution's servers by our IT guys (the problem has already been raised with our IT department), or whether it's something beyond their control. Nevertheless, I thought of asking in this community if anyone else is experiencing similar issues and might know what is causing it.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

When you say do not display what do you actually get?
Are you able to login and see your workspace?
Is there a public link to one of your LO's that aren't working that we can access?
Has someone tried to upgrade the installation or made other changes to the server?
Is it all LO's that aren't working or just some?
Sorry questions rather than answers but your answers to these might provide a pointer.

To answer your questions:

Q 1 - I see completely white screen (however, when I click on the Edit I can actually see the edit form.
Q 2 - I am able to login and yes, I can see my workspace with all the projects I created, incl. parent folders and all LOs contained in them. When they are opened or previewed nothing displays, ie the screen is white and blank.
Q 3 - Not sure if our IT department have already tried to upgrade. They recently informed us they would not do this before the middle of Oct 15 due to other more urgent work. This is something that my team and I will have to check first thing on Monday.
Q 4 - Yes, it is all LOs in my workspace

from the exploration I've been able to do from here I suspect someone has made changes to your installation or the wider server configuration and at the moment none of the learning objects (not just yours) are playing. That should obviously mean that it's urgent for your IT team to look at the issue. Clearly the fact that no LO's are playing should mean that you can identify roughly when this happened and hopefully what changes were made and why. Perhaps the fact that someone needs to look at the server side they could upgrade to version 3 at the same time.
