Xerte SCORM 2004 doing odd things in Sakai 10.2

I have created a small test package for upload to our Sakai installation. If I select the validation option in our SCORM player, it brings up the following error message after upload.



The package seems to play well, but the player itself doesn't fit properly within the window. I assume this has something to do with the settings in Sakai itself?



If I go into Access View which is supposed to emulate the student's view of the object, it brings up the following error. I follow the instructions given but it simply loops back to this error. Any feedback on why this is happening would be appreciated.
