Hello
I am an occasional user of Xerte and I think Xerte 3.0 toolkit looks great and I would like to use it more - but now I am a bit lost as I do not quite know what to do with the various pieces of the system - and how to put them together.

Is there anywhere a comprehensive documentation for Xerte 3.0? I would love to be able to use some of the interaction systems but not sure how to do it through lack of information.

Thanks a lot - my apologies if the information is there but I have difficulty finding it.

Xerte has quite a lot of help available.

The Getting Started Page is organized with links according to your role.

If you're working alone in doing a pilot deployment you need to read at least.

• Teacher/Trainer

• System Admin
• Learning Technologist

Also look at user guides to Xerte Online Toolkit (XOT)

There is also a series of guides you can download . You need to setup a user account and login on the Xerte site to download these

In Xerte Desktop you'll find a help file that includes quite a bit of info on the more advanced bits of Xerte's workings.

And if you search YouTube you'll find high level discussions to give you an 1000 foot overview of how you can use the solution.

If you need more help that this it may be useful to contract a firm that can help you implement the solution.
