YouTube Video Doesn't Work Once Exported

I am able to embed the YouTube and preview it, but once it is exported the video shows as a blank screen. This just started to happen, as it was working fine before. This is happening on both a local install using XAMPP as well as a XOT install.

can you provide more detail or a link to an example?
Is it just the youtube page not working or the whole LO?
When you export are you extracting the zip and then opening the html page? You can't view direct from the zip.
What browser are you using to view the exported project? Does it work in IE and prompt for blocked content?
Does it work when you import the zip into a vle or upload to a webserver?
I'm not aware of any change stopping youtube pages working but can investigate if you clarify the exact steps to reproduce.
