Help!!! Imported Projects Won't Load

It imports fine in my linux installation, so it has to do with the Organizational installation.

Can you change files in that installation?

I would have to speak with the system administrator. Do you know what could be the problem with that organizations install, so that I can direct him to that area?

Thanks so much, I thought I would have to redo all the files on the organizations installation.

Several options really:

1. The file permissions (and/or owner of the folder) are wrong on the server, specifically the import folder
2. The pacakges are too large (but I suspect that is not the case, default is 8Mb)

To debug, look in the logfiles of the server, and you can create a log file for the Xerte installation by editing config.php on line 26, set development to true, and make sure the debug.log file is put in a writable folder (some lines below line 26, in the config.php)
