Unable to upload image to "Media and files"

I'm unable to upload an image to the Media and files in one particular project, although I don't have a problem when uploading images to any other projects. I've tried changing the name of the file so there are no spaces and reducing the size of the file in case it was too big, and have also sent it to our Digital Learning team who deal with Xerte admin to see if they could find a way to do it, but we've had no luck. I get the message "File upload failed" every time I try it. Is there anything you can suggest to fix it? Thanks

From what you have described and to identify whether or not the problem is with the specific image or the specific project can you test uploading the same image to a different project or have you tried that already? Likewise try uploading a different image to the project where the other image isn't uploading.
That should help clarify if the problem is with the specific image or the specific project.

Apologies for late reply, I've been on annual leave. Yes, I tried uploading the same image into other projects and it worked fine, but I can't upload/delete any media in that particular project. We've now decided not to have an image on the page so we don't need further advice on it - thanks.
