Hi there,

Xerte v3.15.2

Importing an archive zip file is producing this status message, see attached image. The archive zip file was generated from the same user account on the same Xerte server. I can replicate the issue. Import offline zip is working as expected.

Users wants to archive their projects to clear up some space on the shared server space but they also want the ability to import those archive zip project back into the system if required. It's important that we have some mechanism for archiving to ensure users work within the space that is available.

Is this a bug?

Thanks in advance
Alison

Hi There,

Yes, this is a bug caused by incresing security in Xerte. In this case, it is kind of a false positive, but (as you know) very annoying.. I'll change it and let you know. In the meantime you can delete the file from the zip (in Windows, just double click the zip file, anvigate to the indicated file and press the delete button).

I'll let you know when we've made the change.

Many thanks for getting back to me on this Tom. I've just tested that workaround and happy to report it works.
