Judged and non judged quiz not working as it should on Results page

Hi Xerte community,
Please can you let me know if there is a known issue with the Judged and Non-Judged feature.

I have set up a quiz the first question is non-judged and the second question is judged (so correct or not correct).

The same Result page displays regardless of whether I tick the 'Judge' box or not when I am setting up the quiz.

I attach screenshots.

I liked knowing about this feature which I saw at the conference being presented in 2024.

Hopefully you can let me know what to do or whether there is a bug currently?
