Can't download latest xerte toolkits zip

Hi,
I'm trying to download the latest xertetoolkits_3.13 zip from the downloads section of the site. Clicking to download button just takes me round in a loop to the 'Welcome to the Xerte community downloads page.' The update package downloads ok but the main install zip does not.
Can someone look into this please?
