Introduction Element

Hi All,

Has anyone had any issues using the Introduction element on any pages?

I used it on the second page of my project, works well within Xerte and I am able to use the start button to close the pop-up. but once in the LMS, the only way to close the pop-up is to use the [X] or click off of the pop-up.

I tried our in house LMS and a free Online LMS called TalentLMS - same issue,

Is there a process of escalating issues to the development team?

Hello, the best thing is to post any issues like this on these forums. The main developers juggle the support and development alongside day jobs so can't always respond quickly I'm afraid. I've just had a look at this and there was a bug that was preventing the lightboxes from shutting with the start button whenever the Xerte project was being shown in an iframe. It was a quick fix so I've done that and it will be in the next release.
