I have followed the instructions to download XAMPP but once it has downloaded, a control panel appears. I start the programmes, but for some reason 'Tomcat' doesn't seem to want to start. I have downloaded Java as prompted. I am unable to start using Xerte. Please can someone advice on this technical issue? I am using a home PC.
